This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: Yes
Fourthwalling: Yes
Offensive subjects (elaborate): He's a former assassin, with sociopathic tendencies. So, his skin is pretty thick. Mere talk won't bother him, though threats, especially to children, will not be well met.
Hugging this character: Yes. He might hug back, if he knows your or decides you have a good reason. If not, he will probably recoil and get himself some personal space.
Kissing this character: Yes, but if you're an adult, he's going to be pissed, unless it's on the cheek. At best, an adult will get a sharp scolding.
Flirting with this character: Absolutely, but he's not very good at it and he's only 17.
Fighting with this character: Yes, with ooc planning. Dennis is trying to be non-violent. But, once he decides to fight, he fights to win, with no rules. It was before he was de-aged, but he's been a soldier, a sniper, and is highly skilled in hand to hand combat...for a human. LOL Thanks to his Uncle Jack, Dennis has gotten back all of his weapons skills. (Sadly, I have no fighting knowledge, so negotiation/planning will be helpful in keeping Dennis ic, please and thank you LOL)
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Injuries are fine, as long as they are temporary, leaving no permanent damage, beyond some light scarring. But, within reason of ic characteristics, he's likely to give as well as he gets.
Killing this character: No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes.
